Refund Policy

You pay only for numbers that receive a code. These are the exact rules.

1. No Code, Full Refund

If no SMS arrives within the 20 minute window, the activation closes by itself and the full price returns to your credit. You do not need to ask.

2. Cancel Before a Code

You can cancel an activation any time before its first code arrives. The full price returns to your credit at once.

3. After a Code

Once a code has arrived the activation counts as delivered. You can still ask for another code on the same number inside the window at no extra cost.

4. Credit

Refunds go to your SNSVerify credit, where you can use them for any other number. Top-up payments are not reversed to the paying wallet, because cryptocurrency transfers cannot be pulled back.

5. Payment Issues

If a payment does not appear on your account, open the payment page again: it shows the status and the exact amount and address to use.
