Terms of Service

These are the terms for SNSVerify (snsverify.com), its console and its APIs. By creating an account or buying a number you agree to them.

1. The Service

SNSVerify sells one-time SMS verification numbers. Each activation is one mobile number for one app in one country, with a 20 minute window to receive SMS codes. Prices are fixed per app and country and shown before you buy.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service if you can form a binding agreement where you live and if using it is lawful there. You are responsible for following the terms of every app you verify.

3. How It Works

1. Create an account with an access token.
2. Add credit through the payment page.
3. Choose an app and a country and buy a number.
4. Enter the number in the app and read the code in your inbox.

4. Account

Your account is one access token made in your browser at sign-up. We store only a protected form of it. Keep it safe: anyone with the token can use the account, and a lost token cannot be recovered.

5. Credit

Numbers are paid from prepaid credit in US dollars. The minimum top-up is $30 ($20 in lower-income countries). Credit has no expiry date, is not paid out and has no cash value outside the service.

6. Prices

Prices can change; the price shown when you press Buy is the price you pay for that activation.

7. Refunds

An activation without a code is refunded to your credit in full, automatically, at the end of its window, or at once when you cancel it before a code arrives. Details are in the refund policy.

8. Numbers

Numbers are provided for the activation window only. You do not own a number, and after the window it can be used for other customers and other apps. Add your own email and two-step settings to every account you verify.

9. Acceptable Use

Use numbers only for lawful sign-ups, logins and tests. Do not use them for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation or to break the rules of the app you verify. We may close accounts that do, and we do not sell numbers for dating, banking, payment, crypto or betting apps.

10. API

The REST API and the SMS activation API follow the same prices and rules. Limits: 300 requests per minute per key and 20 open activations per account.

11. Availability

Codes are sent by the apps, not by us, so an app may decide not to send an SMS to a given number. In that case the refund rules apply. We work to keep the website and APIs available at all times.

12. Changes

We may update the list of apps and countries, prices and these terms. Changes apply from the date shown on this page; activations already bought keep their price.
